Looking for a roomie that likes to have a good time, is social--we don't have to be besties but let's be able to watch something on Netflix (in our loungewear) over some pizza, once in a while. (Football season is in full swing, and fuck yes I have the NFL ticket!) If you like hosting dinners and drinks, I’m all for it—the backyard needs some use!
I work 8-5, Mon-Fri, as an Executive Assistant. Ideally looking for a roommate that DOES NOT work from home (most days)—would like to avoid “Never-Leaves”.
The Q train is 5 mins away and the 4,5,6 is another 5-7 mins OR you can take that cross town m86 bus that stops a half block away. Neighborhood is quiet but 2nd and 3rd Aves are bustling with restaurants, bars, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Key Food and Fairway are my go-to's. Laundry and drop off services nearby. I go to Equinox (85th/3rd or 92nd/3rd) but there are a few gym options around (Crossfit, NYSC, etc). There is a CitiBike station a half block from us near Carl Shultz park. Central park is a 20-25min walk west, as is the Met.
I am a (mostly) gay 33 year old Mexican male and yes, I'm beautiful. Born in Mexico City but grew up in northern California. Make of that what you will.
Contact me for more info about me/the place and to schedule a viewing. Preferably early evening, ie after work, 6-8pm.
