About

Room opening in a beautiful 3BR/1BA Williamsburg apartment for a 4/1 move in!

Our 2nd floor apartment (walk up) has a spacious kitchen, living/dining room, 1 bathroom and lots of natural light. There are only three apartments in the building, so there’s plenty of privacy, but there’s definitely a homey feel. The apartment has radiator heating to keep it toasty in the winter, AC for the common areas (we use units in our rooms in the heat of summer) and there’s a laundry drop off place right around the corner.

We're located in the heart of Williamsburg, minutes from Bedford Av establishments such as Whole Foods, the Apple Store, and Joe’s Pizza (yes, really).

Rent is $1,400 a month with utilities + wifi included. Your room has one window facing the front of the building and is very quiet. It has space for a twin or full-sized bed, armoire and chest of drawers, however, the room comes fully furnished with a twin bed, closet, and shelves, as our current roommate is moving back to France. We are looking someone to stay a minimum of 1 month, but would like to find a longer term sublet to share our home.

Transportation:
L Train - 5 minute walk to the Bedford Av stop
G Train - 5 minute walk to the Lorimer St stop
M Train - 10 minute walk to the Marcy Av stop
If you like to Citi bike those are also next to the apartment!
5 blocks to the Williamsburg Ferry

About Us:
I am a girl working in digital design from Philadelphia, and my roommate André does brand strategy and is from Texas (hey, y’all). Both of us are out and about fairly often, so the apartment is mostly used for rest and relaxation, but we will have people over for dinner or drinks from time to time. We keep the common areas tidy, but aren’t going to freak out about a dish in the sink. Looking for someone friendly and laid back just like us.
