We are breaking our lease and moving to the suburbs so our huge, NO FEE 1 bedroom in the heart of Hudson Heights/Washington Heights, steps from the A train and 1 train, can be yours February 1. We can be flexible with the move-in date in late January.

The apartment is in a higher floor of a very well-maintained elevator building on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Hudson Heights/Washington Heights. The neighborhood is quaint with abundant parks and home to charming shops, bars, and restaurants that are open late.

The apartment is a corner unit facing the interior courtyard (no street noise) with windows throughout the apartment and is flooded with sunlight in the morning and early afternoon. There is a massive living room, which can also serve as a living room with dining area AND office space. The eat-in kitchen has space for storage and furniture. The large, king-size bedroom is equipped with one large closet and two more just next to the bedroom in the hallway. Bathroom comes with a tub and window. Foyer with hall closet too.

The building is a 6-story elevator building with laundry room in the basement. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The live-in super is very responsive.

It is 3 short blocks to the 181st Street A train station and a slightly longer stroll to the 1 train at 190th St and Broadway. There are three grocery stores within walking distance as well as great restaurants, pizza, dry cleaning, shops, gyms, etc. The building is also a short walk to the stunningly beautiful Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters.

Cats okay, dogs are not permitted, and other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualified applicants will need to earn 40x the rent ($86,000 gross annual for this apartment). Guarantors/cosigners welcome.

Features include:
• Eat-in kitchen
• MASSIVE living room
• King bedroom
• 4 closets
• Foyer
• Laundry in basement
